SIGNAGE - Don't overlook this very important item. To maximize our sign's potential, we install an information tube stocked with color flyers briefly describing your house. This gives shy buyers some basic information about your home, and accomplishes two things. It gives serious buyers enough information to tease them & get them excited enough to call to see your home, and it weeds out the buyers who either can't afford your home, or aren't serious in the first place. Depending on the home, we also install riders that advertise its unique features, such as pool homes or waterfront homes.
LOCK BOX - With your permission, we will place an electronic lock box on your property. Lock boxes are very safe and secure as they are only accessible by electronic keypads that are owned by licensed, registered Realtors. A Realtor must call & register their information with our office before accessing the lock box & showing your home. Convenience & easy accessibility to your home is so important with buyers today. If they can't get into your home to see it when they're ready, there's a large chance that they'll never get in to see it at all. Lock boxes allow potential buyers to see your home at their convenience, while letting you as a seller to go on with your day uninterrupted by showings.
PLACEMENT IN THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS) - This is the most powerful & widely used tool of Realtors today. When buyers are working with a local Realtor, the Realtor accesses this central database of available homes meeting their buyer's criteria. If your home isn't in the MLS, it will never get shown. This means missing out on literally hundreds of potential buyers for your home. We don't just plug your home into the system though. We write fabulously descriptive comments about your home's unique features that not only gets the typical buyer excited about seeing it, but also gets the Realtor excited about showing it to them.
INTERNET PLACEMENT - With 70% of today's buyers starting their search on the internet, this is one service you don't want to miss out on.
